Here we go...

School has been over for around three weeks now and I am working in an office by day and creating by night.  I have been trying to relax, enjoy the cool summer weather, and spend as much time as possible with family and friends.

I have been looking at all these different blogs and I thought it would be fun to make one.  So forgive me if I am doing this all wrong. :)

The title of this blog came from church today.  The message was about how we live in the past and in the future, but how we have trouble living in the now.  So I thought it would be a good idea to remind everyone to focus on the moments RIGHT NOW.  Appreciate every second of your life.

I discovered blogging and I decided to try the 30-day journal challenge @ http://www.iheartrunwithscissors.com/.  While I was jumping from site to site I also discovered the Index Card A Day (ICAD) Summer Challenge.  Ah so many wonderful opportunities for creativity this summer.  I love it!

Here is the journal prompt and my page for Day 11 for the 30-day journal challenge: what is your heart full of?  I have yet to complete Day 12 yet!
"Dedicate your life to a cause greater than yourself, and your life will become a glorious romance and adventure." ~Mack Douglas
Here are my notecards from the past few days for the ICAD challenge.
Alright well that is all for today.  If anyone out there is reading this, how am I doing?  Any tips for brand-new bloggers?

Much love.
